This site is designed to help coaches, parents, and players find the information they need for all GBA ( girls basketball association ) events for the 2008 season. We will be posting schedules, directions, rules, hotels, and any other information you need for all of our tournaments. We have a great staff including current and former college women’s basketball players, high school coaches, former high school players and fans. In 2007, we had over 100 teams playing ( 9 ) weekends in a row! Last year was the best year for the GBA and 2008 will be even better.

The GBA will have over 150 teams playing this weekend!
The GBA WVU Mountaineer Classic and GBA Marietta Classic will start Saturday.
The GBA Irish Classic WILL have Friday night games. Please be prepared to play!
Teams may call the basketball office on Tuesday night between 6:30pm-7:30pm for special scheduling requests.
You must call between those times to go over scheduling requests. NO GUARANTEES

MARIETTA Classic. Held on campus of MARIETTA COLLEGE in Marietta, Ohio. Over 60 teams in 2007. AWESOME NEW REC CENTER ON CAMPUS. This event is going to be one of the best in Ohio and is close to WV. This tourney is held by the GBA National Staff including Jeff Ferguson. |

GBA Irish Classic

Dublin Scioto HS, Columbus, Oh Entry Fee; $225.00
Irish Classic. Held at Dublin Scioto HS. New tournament for 2008. Should be a great new event. Hosted by the boys basketball program. This event should fill up fast. The tournament is being used as a fundraiser for the high school. |
